Envision Hotel Boston-Longwood, Ascend Hotel Collection, Boston

The hotel was conveniently located near the Green T Line for easy commuting, with a large pond across the street. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfy bed. The service was friendly and even included management offering discounts for future stays. However, the area could get loud due to trolley, traffic, and sirens, and it seemed a bit sketchy at night. The dining had self-service options but was not included in the room rate.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were top-notch with great amenities, but cleanliness could have been better. However, the service was professional and caring, making up for any room issues. The location was a bit isolated for my liking, yet convenient for visiting certain areas. The dining was somewhat limited but included options for guests. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Boston, with easy access to tram services and nearby attractions. However, the proximity to the VA Hospital meant occasional disturbances from ambulance sirens. The dining options were available for guests, but I didn’t try them personally. In terms of facilities, the hotel has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
